Shipping

We currently deliver across Karnataka, Mumbai and Chennai. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days from dispatch.

Returns

As a freshly-baked food product, our cookies are not eligible for return once delivered. We do, however, replace any item that arrives damaged or spoiled. Please share a photo within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp and we'll resolve it.

Refunds

Where a replacement isn't possible, we offer a full refund to the original payment channel within 5 to 7 working days.
