Five steps, no shortcuts. Here's how every Honnigaa cookie gets made, and why it tastes the way it does.

    Source

    Whole-grain flours from trusted millers. Cold-pressed groundnut & coconut oils. A2 cow ghee. Organic jaggery. Nuts and seeds graded by hand.

    Mix

    Doughs are mixed in small batches with the right hydration for that signature snap. We rest each dough. Patience is an ingredient.

    Bake

    Stone-deck-style baking, low and slow. We taste every batch before it leaves the oven. If it's not right, it doesn't ship.

    Cool & Pack

    Cookies are air-cooled, never blasted. Packed in food-grade pouches with nitrogen flush so they reach you crisp.

  5. 05
    Deliver

    Hand-handled to courier across Karnataka, Mumbai and Chennai. Most orders reach you within 3 to 5 days of baking.
