How We Bake

    Whole grains, jaggery, real butter, cold-pressed oils, sourced from trusted growers.

    Mix

    Doughs are mixed in small batches with the right hydration. Then rested.

  3. 03 Step
    Bake

    Low-and-slow bake. Every batch tasted before it leaves the oven.

  4. 04 Step
    Pack

    Air-cooled, packed in food-grade pouches. Sealed for crunch.

  5. 05 Step
    Deliver

    Hand-handed to courier. Fresh in your tin within 3 to 5 days.
